What we can learn from the cultural commentary about friendships that end after someone has kids.
As an unmarried nonkid person (intentionally for life), it's not that I'd be inconvenienced for 3 years. It's more that for at least 12 years, I'm supposed to be silent about my "just thoughts" on how you're harming your child in real time. Witnessing live your child's trauma happen from your parenting & I'm supposed to always have your side. "You wouldn't think that's unhealthy parenting if you had kids." Understandable, have a nice life. Bye.
